Go to the homepage and click on the "SEARCH" tab.
Specify your desired criteria for the search, such as age range (e.g., 25-28).
If you want to search within a specific city, first select the country, and then you can choose the city from the options provided.
For additional search criteria like astrological compatibility (Manglik/Non-Manglik), education, and more, simply click on the "+" symbol to input your preferences.
Once you've set your criteria, click on the "SEARCH" button at the bottom of the page. Profiles that match your specified criteria will be displayed, allowing you to choose accordingly.
				

 
		Absolutely, you have the option to apply filters to your criteria, ensuring that only individuals who meet your specified criteria can contact you. You can set these filters on the "search option" page. Any interests from members who do not meet your criteria will be directed to a separate "Filtered Interests" folder. This way, you can manage and prioritize contacts that align with your preferences.
		

To upgrade to a Paid membership, please follow these steps:
Visit the UPGRADE section on your profile. Here, you can explore the available membership plans and their associated benefits.
You have the option to choose from various payment methods, all of which utilize a safe and secure payment gateway for online transactions.

To make an online payment, please follow these simple steps:
Click on "Upgrade." You can find this option on the top bar if you're using a desktop or in the menu on mobile devices.
Choose your desired membership plan and duration.
Click on "Continue."
Select your preferred payment method.
At the bottom of the payment mode, choose your card type (Visa or MasterCard).
Finally, click on "Pay Now" to complete your online payment.
				

Setting your Desired Partner Preferences (DPP) is essential for finding suitable matches on Rishta Pakka. Here's how you can do it:
Log in to your profile.
Click on the thumbnail photo icon located at the top right of the page.
Go to "Desired Partner Profile."
Uncheck the radio button next to the option "I also want to receive matches based on the history of my interests and acceptances."
				

If you wish to delete your profile on Rishta Pakka, you can do so by following these steps:
Go to your profile thumbnail picture located at the top right of the page. You will see the option 'Delete Profile.'
On the Settings Page, click on 'Delete Profile.' You will be prompted to select a reason for deletion.
After specifying the reason for deletion, you will be asked to enter your password for security. If you have forgotten your password, you can also delete your profile using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
If you have found your match on Rishta Pakka, you will have the option to update your Success Story.
You will be shown a confirmation screen to reconfirm that you wish to delete your profile. Please be aware that all information on your profile will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved. Additionally, active paid memberships cannot be reactivated later.
				

If you wish to temporarily pause your partner search without deleting your profile, you can use the 'Hide Profile' feature. Please keep in mind to unhide your profile when you wish to become active on the platform again.
When your profile is hidden, it will not appear in new searches or daily recommendations. However, it will still be visible in 'Interests' and 'Acceptances' lists, but prospects will not be able to initiate communication with you.

We understand the importance of privacy on your profile. While we recommend showing your phone number for receiving maximum responses, we offer Privacy Settings for each of your phone numbers (Mobile, Landline, and Alternate Mobile) to give you control over who can see your contact information.

Yes, you can control who can visit your profile on Rishta Pakka by adjusting your profile's privacy settings. Here are the available options:
Visible to Everyone: Your profile will be visible to all members on the site.
Visible to Members Who Pass My Filters: Your profile will only be visible to members who meet your specified partner preferences and criteria.
Not Visible to Anyone: Your profile will not be visible to any members on the site. We recommend choosing this option only if you want to temporarily pause your partner search.
Here's how you can access and change your profile privacy settings:
Go to the thumbnail icon located at the top right.
Click on 'Profile Visibility.'
You can now choose the appropriate privacy option from the three available settings.
				

Rishta Pakka prioritizes the safety and security of its members. To ensure a secure matchmaking environment, we have implemented mandatory profile verification for all members. This verification process involves matching the information on your profile with the information on your Government ID Proof, specifically your name and Date of Birth. Rest assured, we do not store any of your document data.
You can verify your profile using the following Government ID Proof documents:

Passport
Aadhaar
If you are a non-resident Indian, you can also verify your profile using the following documents:
Residence Permit
National Identity Card
National Health Insurance Card

To log out or sign out of Rishta Pakka, please do the following:

Resetting your password on Rishta Pakka is a straightforward process. Here are the steps to reset your password:
Go to the login page.
Click on the 'Forgot Password' link.
Enter your registered email ID or registered mobile number associated with your Rishta Pakka account.
You will receive an email and SMS containing a link to reset your password.
Please note that if there are multiple profiles associated with the same mobile number, you may encounter an error prompt indicating, "There are multiple profiles against this phone number, please enter the Email Address of the account." In this case, you should enter the email ID associated with your account for the password reset process.
				

To change your password on Rishta Pakka, please follow these steps:
Using Registered Email Address:
Open the login page.
Click on the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
Enter your registered Email ID or mobile number.
Click on "Send Link."
You will receive a link to reset your password in your registered email ID. Open the email and follow the link to create a new password.
Using Registered Mobile Number:
Open the login page.
Click on the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
Enter your registered mobile number.
Click on "Send Link."
You will receive a message on your registered mobile number with a link to reset your password. Open the message, where your registered email ID is mentioned, and follow the link to create a new password.
