You also have the option to initiate contact with our retail outlets through a missed call, prompting us to assist you in registering your profile on our website/App. Additionally, by submitting your email address and phone number in our registration campaigns on various websites as part of our advertisements, you may receive a call from our Customer Service Centre to aid you in registering your profile on our website/App. Rishta Pakka reserves the right to replicate your profile details on other matrimonial websites owned by Rishtapakka , including community-based platforms, to offer more accurate matching profiles.

B. In the event that Rishta Pakka becomes aware, is notified by a third party, or has reason to believe that any registration information (including photos) provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Rishta Pakka retains the full authority to suspend or terminate your Rishta Pakka membership (without prior notice), revoke any paid Rishta Pakka membership fees, and deny further Rishta Pakka service access to you.

C. Rishta Pakka retains the authority to prohibit the registration of your profile on the Website/App if, in any instance, your contact details/links are input into unrelated fields or if any inaccuracies occur in the data entered by RP members in their profiles.

D. Creating duplicate profiles for the same individual is not permissible on the RP Website/App. Rishta Pakka reserves the complete right to suspend or terminate (without prior notice) such duplicate profiles.

E. You hereby acknowledge and affirm that your registration with Rishta Pakka and the utilization of Rishta Pakka services are genuinely intended for the purpose of marriage and not for any other motive. Rishta Pakka Membership is strictly limited to the registered individual Rishta Pakka member. Organizations, companies, businesses, and/or individuals engaged in similar or competitive endeavours are prohibited from becoming Rishta Pakka Members, using the Rishta Pakka Service, or utilizing Rishta Pakka members' data for any commercial objectives. Rishta Pakka reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal measures for breaches of these obligations.

3. Account Security:

You bear the responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your Rishta Pakka login credentials, including user ID, password, OTP, etc., and for controlling access to your computer/mobile device to prevent unauthorized entry to your account. It is important to note that our Company will never solicit your password, and we strongly advise against disclosing your password to any individuals. By agreeing to these terms, you accept the accountability for all actions conducted through your account.

4. Role and Responsibilities of Rishta Pakka:

A. Upon your registration on our website/App, Rishta Pakka reproduces your details in their existing state on an "as is available" basis. Additionally, your profile is shared with other registered RP members within Rishtapakka 's website(s).

B. Rishta Pakka's responsibility is solely to provide a platform for its registered members to independently search for potential partners without any assistance.

C. The profile searches carried out by Rishta Pakka members and the resulting matches are automatically generated by the RP system based on the partner preferences you have specified. If a Rishta Pakka member modifies their partner preference on the Website/App, the corresponding automated prospect results on the Website/App may also change accordingly.

D. Rishta Pakka does not restrict any Rishta Pakka member from expressing interest in your profile or communicating with you based on their partner preferences. However, you have the freedom to decline their interest or proceed further if you are interested.

E. Rishta Pakka cannot assure specific outcomes or assume liability for results obtained through the use of data available from the Rishta Pakka service or other matrimonial websites owned by Rishtapakka , including community-based platforms.

F. Rishta Pakka employs security standards, authentication mechanisms, access controls, and encryption techniques to safeguard sensitive user information.

G. Rishta Pakka cannot guarantee complete data protection during transmission or prevent malicious tampering by third parties before the data reaches Rishta Pakka servers.

H. Rishta Pakka offers a special safety feature for women known as "Secure Connect." This feature empowers women to manage their privacy and security while searching for a life partner. "Secure Connect" allows women on Rishta Pakka to receive calls from premium members without revealing their contact numbers. The decision to respond to the other party lies with the women, and Rishta Pakka has no control over this interaction.

I. Rishta Pakka does not authenticate or endorse the information provided in any profile. Therefore, as a user, it is your responsibility to verify the credentials and details provided by other users.

5. Role and Responsibilities of Rishta Pakka Member:

A. It is your responsibility to enhance the security of your profile information by creating a robust password during the profile creation process, combining both upper and lower-case letters, as well as numbers.

B. Any information or data required by Rishta Pakka for utilizing Rishta Pakka services must be promptly provided by the Rishta Pakka Member when requested by Rishta Pakka.

C. You are urged to diligently verify the credentials of potential matches, exercising caution and care in assessing their profile information, which encompasses marital status, educational qualifications, financial standing, occupation, character, health status, etc. It is vital to satisfy yourself before making a match choice. Rishta Pakka cannot be held liable for any discrepancies resulting from misrepresentations made by any Rishta Pakka members.

D. Verification of the prospect's credentials is also your responsibility. We shall not be accountable for any misconduct or misrepresentations by the Prospect during video calls

E. To optimize search results, Rishta Pakka Members are encouraged to provide the most recent photograph, not exceeding three (3) months. Utilizing outdated photos, images of others, or supplying incorrect/false information will be deemed a violation of the terms and conditions, and Rishta Pakka retains its rights as outlined in clause 2 (b) of these terms and conditions.

F. Rishta Pakka Members are advised to abstain from:

i. Engaging in financial transactions with prospects. Rishta Pakka Members should neither seek nor provide financial assistance to/from other RP Members.

ii. Using offensive language while communicating with other RP Members.

iii. Displaying discriminatory behaviour or using racial remarks.

iv. Sharing confidential or personal data, including but not limited to bank details.

v. Engaging in a physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.

vi. Violating any current applicable laws. vii. Mentioning details of other matrimonial services when sending personalized messages.

H. Rishta Pakka Members are expected to visit website to understand partner search safety measures and online safety awareness.

I. Rishta Pakka Members should exercise caution with prospects who request favours, money, or display certain behaviours such as using multiple phone numbers, exclusively interacting over the phone, avoiding face-to-face meetings (physically or through video calls), and not involving family or friends in match-making. Beware of suspended profile statuses before finalizing an alliance.

J. The Rishta Pakka Member agrees to regularly log in to the profile on the Website/App to send automated expressions of interest to prospects as a free Rishta Pakka member, or personalized messages if they have availed a paid Rishta Pakka package. Rishta Pakka Members may also review expressions of interest and messages from prospects and respond accordingly.

K. While accessing/using the Website/App, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions, including using features such as instant chat with prospects, viewing horoscopes, enhancing privacy settings (photo/horoscope/phone number), or viewing social and professional profiles of members on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

L. Failure to update profile particulars on the Rishta Pakka website/App may lead to suspension of Rishta Pakka membership at the sole discretion of Rishta Pakka.

M. In the event of finalizing the Registrant's marriage, Rishta Pakka Members should either delete their profile or inform Rishta Pakka for removal/deletion of their profile.

N. Rishta Pakka Members must use secure devices, software, and networks in a private setting when accessing Rishta Pakka services.

O. Rishta Pakka Members must refrain from using any type of bots, such as web robots, chatbots, or other automated processes/programs/scripts to use, communicate, or respond on the Rishta Pakka Website/App.

P. Rishta Pakka Members shall not probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Rishta Pakka Website/App or any connected network, nor breach the security measures implemented by Rishta Pakka.

Q. Payments should only be made to Rishta Pakka's account and not to any Rishtapakka employees' account.

R. Rishta Pakka Members are encouraged to approach Rishtapakka to address their complaints and grievances, refraining from airing their grievances/complaints on social media.

6. Communication Medium for Rishta Pakka Members:

A. By being a Rishta Pakka member, you grant consent to receive communication, including promotional content, through various communication mediums such as emails, phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages from Rishtapakka or other platforms owned by Rishtapakka , as well as their affiliated partners.

B. Rishta Pakka automated system sends profiles of potential prospects to its member(s) using various forms such as images, documents, messages, or links. Rishta Pakka members affirm that the mobile number submitted for verification or any alternative number, if provided, is not registered with the Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register, and they will not raise any complaints. Furthermore, Rishta Pakka Members confirm that even if they are registered under the Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register with their telecom service provider, calls from Rishta Pakka to the verified mobile number or any alternative number, if provided, will not be classified as promotional calls.

C. You also have the privilege to customize your communication frequency from Rishta Pakka, such as receiving communications only on weekends or every two weeks, etc. Additionally, you can choose not to receive any calls from Rishta Pakka by selecting the appropriate option on the Website/App. However, please note that you agree to receive calls from Relationship Managers of Assisted Matrimony/Elite Matrimony if you are identified as a shortlisted profile for their registered members.

7. Confidentiality:

Any feedback that you provide to Rishta Pakka shall be considered non-confidential. Rishta Pakka retains the freedom to utilize such feedback or information without any restrictions. Moreover, by submitting feedback, you affirm and assure that: (i) your feedback does not comprise confidential or proprietary details belonging to you or any third party;

(ii) as a Rishta Pakka member, you are not bound by any form of confidentiality obligation, whether explicit or implicit, concerning the feedback;

(iii) you are not entitled to any form of compensation or reimbursement from Rishta Pakka for the feedback under any circumstances

8. Membership Privacy:

In order to safeguard your privacy and acquaint yourself with our practices, as they may be revised periodically, we encourage you to carefully read and adhere to our Privacy Policy. This policy extends to your interactions with Rishta Pakka and other websites under the ownership of Rishtapakka . The personal information/data that you provide to us while using Rishta Pakka will be handled confidentially, following our Privacy Policy and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If you object to the transfer or utilization of your information, we kindly request that you refrain from using the website.

9. Grievance Officer:

If you come across any instances of violation by another user, which may include content on the website that is obscene, menacing, highly offensive, harmful to minors, infringing copyrights, patents, etc., or if you suspect impersonation by another user, you are encouraged to express your concerns in writing or via email with a digital signature to:

A. Rishta Pakka Members hold full responsibility for their communications (across any medium) with prospects, and vice versa. Rishta Pakka explicitly disclaims any accountability or liability for monetary transactions, exchanges, interactions, information sharing, or any other interactions among Rishta Pakka members, whether via email, chat, WhatsApp, or any other means of communication, whether through the website/App or otherwise.

B. Rishta Pakka bears no obligation to oversee disputes arising between Rishta Pakka members and will not be involved in any such disputes or legal proceedings.

C. Rishta Pakka is neither a broker nor an agent for any Rishta Pakka member, and it does not engage in or influence discussions between Rishta Pakka members and prospects, or the outcomes of these discussions.

11. Content Rights:

A. You acknowledge that all content on Rishta Pakka belongs to Rishtapakka , excluding your own or third-party content, including advertisements on the Website/App. Rishta Pakka possesses the necessary licenses and rights, as defined herein, to display such content on our Website/App.

B. You understand and accept that you hold sole responsibility and liability for the content you provide on our website, both mandatory and optional, including profile details, photographs, and other content entered in the relevant fields of the Website/App during the creation of your Rishta Pakka profile or subsequently modified by you. This also includes all posts and communications, including personalized messages sent by Rishta Pakka paid members, with other members. By submitting content/information, you affirm that you own all rights, title, and interest in your content/information, or you have obtained the required licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to provide the said content/information.

By submitting content/information to Rishta Pakka, you grant Rishta Pakka a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, display, publish, communicate to the public, and share the content/information (including derivative works) in any media format and through any media channels. This license encompasses promotion, communication to the public, and redistribution of part or all of the content/information, including law enforcement agencies, courts, Rishta Pakka business, and services.

C. While Rishta Pakka is not obligated to actively monitor the content/information within your profile, if any content/information is found to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions, Rishta Pakka reserves the right to delete such content/information and/or suspend or terminate your registration without refunding any subscription paid as per clause 2 (b) of these terms and conditions. Additionally, Rishta Pakka may, at its sole discretion, impose restrictions on the communication between any Rishta Pakka member and other members if the situation deems necessary.

D. Rishtapakka retains the right to take appropriate legal actions, as permitted by prevailing laws, against individuals who violate its proprietary rights by engaging in activities such as unauthorized copying, modification, publication, transmission, distribution, performance, display, or sale of any proprietary information, including its commercial use in any manner whatsoever.

12. Third Party Websites:

A. Rishta Pakka members acknowledge and agree that Rishta Pakka may permit third parties to display advertisements on the Rishta Pakka application/Website. Rishta Pakka does not have control over the content of these third-party advertisements on the Rishta Pakka application/Website. Links provided on the Website/App to third-party websites operate under their own terms and conditions for use and privacy policies. In the event of any conflict, the terms and conditions of the third-party website shall take precedence. The Company does not authenticate, endorse, verify, or certify these third-party websites or their contents in any manner. Users are advised to be cautious when clicking on links to third-party websites, as they do so at their own sole risk and responsibility.

B. Rishta Pakka members acknowledge and understand that Rishta Pakka may also allow third parties to offer services to Rishta Pakka members on the website/App, such as horoscope matching. Rishta Pakka may also facilitate the collection of payment for such third-party services on behalf of Rishta Pakka members. In such cases, Rishta Pakka may have a revenue-sharing arrangement with these third parties. However, under no circumstances shall Rishta Pakka be held liable to you for any issues or concerns arising from such third-party services.

13. Limitation of Liability:

A. Rishta Pakka and its office bearers shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable or accountable to Rishta Pakka members, their authorized representatives, registrants, or any third party for any direct, indirect, exemplary, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature, including damages arising from the use of our Website/App, Third Party Websites, or Rishta Pakka services.

B. Rishta Pakka informs you that the exchange of profiles through or facilitated by Rishta Pakka should not be construed as a matrimonial offer, recommendation, advice, or guarantee provided by Rishta Pakka to the Rishta Pakka member.

C. Irrespective of any contrary provision herein, Rishta Pakka liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be restricted to the amount paid, if any, by you to Rishta Pakka for a specific Rishta Pakka paid package, and no further liability shall ensue.

14. Rishta Pakka shall not be held liable for any incorrect or inappropriate matches resulting from the unavailability of profiles on Rishta Pakka other owned websites.

15.Rishta Pakka and its office bearers shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any financial transactions entered into by Rishta Pakka members with other Rishta Pakka members or third parties.

16. Rishta Pakka and its office bearers shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any instances where Rishta Pakka members do not respond or reciprocate when approached for a matrimonial alliance.

17. Class Action Suits:

You acknowledge and affirm that you will refrain from initiating or participating in any class action or similar collective proceeding relating to any dispute with Rishta Pakka. Additionally, neither you nor Rishta Pakka consents to class arbitration.

18. General:

If you file a false complaint against another prospect on our Website/App, leading to the suspension or deletion of that prospect's profile based on your complaint, we reserve the right to take suitable legal (civil/criminal) action against you and seek reimbursement of all costs and expenses incurred due to such irresponsible, misrepresented, illegal, or unlawful actions. Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend your profile and forfeit any and all amounts paid by you for Rishta Pakka services, in accordance with clause 2 (b) of these terms and conditions.

19. Notwithstanding any provision herein, Rishta Pakka retains the complete authority to delete, in a manner it deems appropriate, any content within a profile listing posted on Rishta Pakka /website/App (upon becoming aware of such an instance). This is done to ensure the following: that proper consent has been obtained by you; prima facie accuracy; and compliance with prevailing laws, especially those pertaining to content that may be considered obscene, libelous, blasphemous, slanderous, defamatory, or invasive of the rights of privacy or publicity of any individual, whether deceased or alive.

Additionally, Rishta Pakka reserves the right to delete content that may reasonably be seen as harmful, vulgar, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or objectionable in relation to aspects such as race, religion, creed, nationality, gender, or otherwise deemed unsuitable for publication. Content that suggests or encourages unfair, illegal, indecent, or unlawful activity is also subject to deletion.

Furthermore, Rishta Pakka retains the right to block, delete, or suspend profiles that might be offensive, illegal, or that have the potential to infringe upon the rights, safety, or well-being of our office bearers/employees (including undue communication with any employee) and/or other registered prospects. This includes instances where the Rishta Pakka website/App is utilized as a means of communication to send messages to other Rishta Pakka members regarding their profile identity on other matrimonial websites.

20. Upon the expiration of your paid membership, you will not have access to the remaining balance of phone call counts or unexpired SMS credits. Likewise, you will be unable to access the contact information of Rishta Pakka member(s) you have previously viewed unless you renew your account within a period of 30 days.

21. However, upon renewal, any unexpired phone call or SMS credits will be carried forward to your account from the last day of expiry.

22. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Website/App and the terms and conditions of any other website, including other websites, the terms and conditions of the Rishta Pakka Website/App shall take precedence for the services provided through this Website/App.

23. Disclaimer:

A. Your access to and utilization of the Rishta Pakka Services or any content is undertaken at your own risk. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE RPSERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WITHOUT RESTRICTING THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Rishta Pakka does not guarantee that the Website/App, its servers, or emails sent from Rishta Pakka are free of viruses or other harmful components. Rishta Pakka will not be held liable for any damages of any nature arising from the use of this Rishta Pakka Website/App, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

B. Rishta Pakka does not provide any implied or explicit assurance or warranty of marriage or alliance as a result of your decision to register on our Website/App and utilize Rishta Pakka services, whether paid or free.

C. Regardless of any contradictory statement elsewhere, under no circumstances shall Rishta Pakka be held accountable or liable in any manner or capacity, arising from, associated with, or relating to:

i. any action or omission carried out by Rishta Pakka /payment gateway/alliance partner, etc.;

ii. any untrue or incorrect information submitted by you or on your behalf;

iii. any decision made by you or on your behalf, or the ensuing repercussions, based on information provided by any other user (including the suspension or deletion of a profile from Rishta Pakka);

iv. any unauthorized or illicit action undertaken by any third party concerning, or connected with, any information submitted by you or on your behalf;

v. any attempted or executed cybercrime by any individual.

vi. any occurrence of force majeure or an 'act of God.'

vii. Any matter already stipulated in these terms and conditions, including the limitation of liability clause within these terms and conditions.

viii. Utilizing or availing third-party services, such as horoscope matching services, and making payments for them through the Website.

ix. Rishta Pakka shall not be held liable for the outcomes arising from any interactions during meetings, calls, SMS, chats, emails, or social media posts at any point in time.

x. Any issues arising from technical malfunctions within any telecommunication network, software, hardware failures, network congestion, denial of service, failures due to spamming, or any combination thereof.

D. You explicitly acknowledge that your use of this Website/App is solely at your own risk.

E. 25. Termination

We, or Rishta Pakka, in good faith, reserve the right to terminate your Rishta Pakka membership or suspend/delete your profile at our sole discretion without any prior notice to you and take any action as mentioned in clause 2 (b) of the Terms and Conditions, in the event that you:

I. Seek physical or financial favours from other registered members within our community.

II. Provide incorrect or misleading information on our website/App.

III. Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or illegal activities through the use of our website/App.

IV. Violate any of the stipulations within this Terms and Conditions.

V. Misuse or misrepresent the name, likeness, email address, contact number, or other personally identifiable information of another Rishta Pakka member by creating a profile on our website/App through impersonation, fake or bogus means, or without the explicit consent of the individual whose profile is being registered. This includes using partial information, utilizing photos of third parties without their consent, or engaging in indecent or improper interactions with other members or employees.

If Rishta Pakka receives any complaint against you and, in good faith, suspends or deletes your profile as a result, we shall not be liable to you in any manner whatsoever, including for any loss, costs, expenses, or consequences.

C. Unless stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, either Rishta Pakka or you may terminate the Rishta Pakka membership without providing reasons by serving a 7 (seven) days written notice to the other party. In such cases, any amounts paid by you to Rishta Pakka up to the termination date shall be forfeited.

D. Upon termination or suspension of your Rishta Pakka membership, your right to use or access the Rishta Pakka Website/App and its services will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms and conditions that, by their nature, should survive termination will continue to apply, including disclaimers and limitations of liability. The termination of your access to and use of the Rishta Pakka Services will not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.

26. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

A. The registration of Rishta Pakka membership and all Rishta Pakka services are deemed to have been entered into within the territorial jurisdiction of Chennai, India.

B. Rishta Pakka Members unconditionally agree that any disputes and/or differences, if any, shall be governed by the laws of India,

27. Mode of Payment

A. Payment made by cash, cheque, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, RTGS, NEFT, etc., shall be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid Rishta Pakka service shall be subject to realization of the said payment. In case of dishonour of Cheque/demand draft, you shall be liable to pay applicable bank charges for cheque/DD bouncing. Furthermore, Rishta Pakka service to your account will be deactivated/suspended until you settle the value of the payment and applicable bank charges in cash.

B. Rishta Pakka utilizes third-party payment gateways for collecting payments through credit/debit cards or other payment instruments. You agree to provide us with your Permanent Account Number (PAN) or Form 60/61 as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961, and rules thereunder, in the event you choose any paid package of Rishtapakka with a value of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) and above. You also agree to provide the same information if you opt for a paid package of Rishtapakka with a value of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) and above.

28. Refund and Assignment

A. Payments made by any Rishta Pakka member to Rishtapakka for membership, renewal fee, or auto-renewal are considered non-refundable.

B. A Rishta Pakka member shall not assign or transfer their Rishta Pakka membership to any other person or entity. Such an act shall be considered a violation of the terms and conditions, and Rishta Pakka retains the right under clause 2 (b) of these terms and conditions.

C. Payment made for Rishta Pakka services cannot be assigned to any other person or party, nor can it be adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company.

29. Renewal

A. We automatically renew all paid Memberships before the expiry of the term of the paid Membership. By using our services, you agree to this automatic renewal feature.

B. When you initially subscribe for a paid Membership, you acknowledge that upon the expiration of your paid Membership, it will automatically renew for the same duration and at the last paid price.

C. The maximum duration of any packages will be 12 (Twelve) months. Every Rishta Pakka package will be automatically renewed after its validity period (which may vary from package to package).

D. If you do not wish for your paid membership to automatically renew, you must cancel your paid membership. To request cancellation, you can send an email.

30. Additional Terms and Conditions Applicable to Non-Resident Indian Customers

A. Jurisdiction
The laws of India shall be applicable to any matters or disputes arising in connection with your use of our services.

B. Arbitration of Disputes.
In the event of any disputes, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally through discussion. We encourage you to reach out to us to address any concerns before considering arbitration. If the dispute remains unresolved for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the dispute, it shall be subject to resolution through individual arbitration in accordance with the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted by a sole arbitrator. The arbitration proceedings will take place in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We will appoint the sole arbitrator for the process, and the arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.

C. Intellectual Property Disputes For disputes related to the infringement of our intellectual property rights, we may choose to resolve them through methods other than arbitration as deemed appropriate.

D. Renewal Terms When it comes to renewal, the customer will be charged the prevailing current price, and the renewal will be for a duration of 3 months, regardless of the previous package duration.

31. Assisted Service Guarantee is applicable only for the users:

A. Who has availed the Assisted Service for the first time.

B. Who has more than 100 matching profiles based on the partner preference set by them at the time of the Assisted Welcome Call.

C. Who has not narrowed down the partner preference once the Assisted service starts.

32. Membership Packages

A. We offer various premium membership packages, including Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Prime Gold, Prime Diamond, Prime Platinum, and Assisted.

B. You can select any of our premium membership packages, which have durations ranging from three months to one year, each with different pricing, to access a variety of premium features.

C. Each premium package has specific limitations on the count of phone number views, except for the Diamond and Platinum packages (3, 6, 12 months). The Diamond and Platinum packages (3, 6, 12 months) provide unlimited phone number views, subject to the Fair Usage Policy limit. Viewing the mobile number of an accepted member will not deduct from the mobile number count (For applicable domains).

D. Members of the Platinum package (3, 6, 12 months) can receive Personalised Messages (PMs) from Free Members. This is allowed only if the Personal Preference (PP) of the Platinum member matches the Personal Interest of the free member's profile (For applicable domains).

E. The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limits for phone number view counts and Personal Message counts for all premium membership packages are as follows: [Specific limits to be provided here].
